For ByteConsult GmbH, a digital implementation of the Audi dialogue program for potential customers was designed and implemented, which corresponds to the existing IDP (Dialogue Program for Interested Parties). IDP digital is an innovative and optically distinguished dialogue portal. Elements of play and drives through specially developed, dedicated 3D-landscapes support the trend towards gamification and send the potential buyer on a virtual trip in “his” dream car.
Questions to be answered in the 3D-world in a playful manner let the client, as well as the regional Audi retailer, know in advance which kind of car is most suitable for him.
In addition, further information about the Audi brand and its models is presented in different formats (e-paper, online brochures, film sequences). The core of the IDP is consists of high-quality, targeted measures that are used over a certain period of time.
They are aimed at outperforming a potential client’s expectations even while he is still just considering an acquisition, and to convey to him how important he is to the brand. This is to open the way for an intensive dialogue, which will focus on the potential customer’s desires and needs.
